Can I reattach my HelloBaky hippers?

Yes, my hippers come with a clear sticky adhesive that can be removed and replaced with any double sided adhesives.

You can also purchase clear adhesives in my store, which are specialty adhesives that l customize with the factory.✨️

Will your hippers stick to my case?

Our HelloBaky hippers come with an adhesive that sticks to most flat surfaces. They will NOT stick to silicone or textured/ridged cases, nor will they stick to cases with bumpers due to the extra thickness.

Do you make custom charms?

l am not doing customs at the moment.

But if there's anything you'd like to see me design as a charm, feel free to contact me.💞

Where is my order?

Since it's all 100% made by me personally, please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your HelloBaky hippers.

After your order is ready, l will ship it out and send you an email with tracking information. l appreciate your patience and are working hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, l offer international shipping to most countries!

What are the international fees?

International shipping rates are based on shipping prices calculated by my partner courier companies. International orders may be subject to duty or additional charges, please check first!

What do I do with tracking/delivery issues?

I have no control over the package once the order is shipped. Packages are the responsibility of the shipping company, please contact the shipping company for any tracking/delay/delivery issues.

My package says "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

Sometimes packages are scanned before delivery. l suggest waiting 24 hours before contacting Post.

What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery?

I‘m sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged! Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so l can help! If it's past the 24-hour window, l may not be able to take responsibility for the damage, as l cannot offer liability after that time to protect my business.

When reaching out, please include your order number, and photos of the damages.

RETURN/REFUND

Can I return my HelloBaky hippers?

Because products are made to order, l do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all product descriptions before purchasing!

How do I cancel/change my order?

Please email me as soon as possible! I can cancel or withdraw your order if it hasn't been made yet.

I emailed but haven't heard a response

Please allow me up to 48 hours to respond to emails because I'm a personal brand.l aim to respond as quickly as possible!
